摘要
以某新型轧钢导轮所用材料为研究对象,分别考察了该材料在变质处理前后的摩擦磨损特性。结果表明:在该试验条件下,未变质材料的销试样磨损机理为磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损;经变质材料的销试样磨损机理为磨粒磨损。经变质处理的材料在高速度(40 m/s)下摩擦系数和磨损率都比未变质材料低,磨损少且稳定性好,表现出良好的耐磨性。
A new pulley for steel roll material was studied, and the friction and wear properties were investigated after non- modification and modification. The results show that: under the experimental conditions, the wear mechanism of non- modification is mainly abrasive wear and fatigue wear; and the wear mechanism of modification is abrasive wear. The material of modification shows better wear- resistance at high speed (40m/s) than that of non-modification, whose friction coefficient and wear rate are not only low, but also have good stability.
