摘要
以TA1-1420和镀锌钢-镀锌钢压印接头为例,研究了压印接头两种混合失效形式的力学性能及失效机理。并通过扫描电子显微镜观察了断口微观形貌,分析了不同混合失效接头的受力以及断口特征,得出了两种混合失效模式在静载荷下不同的失效机理。结果表明:上板拉脱混合失效的机理主要是脆、韧断裂,上板颈部断裂混合失效主要是韧性断裂。
Taking TAl-1420 and galvanized steel-galvanized steel clinched joints as the example, mechanical properties and failure mechanism of two mixed failure modes of clinched joints were studied. And the fracture morphologies were observed by scanning electron microscope. Force and fracture characteristics of different mixed failure joints were analyzed. Different failure mechanisms of two mixed failure modes under static loading were obtained. The results show that the mechanism of pull-out mixed failure of the upper plate is mainly brittle fracture, and neck fracture mixed failure mode of upper plate is mainly ductile fracture.
