摘要 以轧制态建筑用耐候钢为研究对象,研究了钢中微合金元素含量对耐候钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:微量元素铌具有细化耐候钢晶粒尺寸的作用,含量为0.04%时,耐候钢晶粒尺寸最小;随着铌含量增加,耐候钢屈服强度和抗拉强度先增大后趋于不变;铌含量0.04%时,耐候钢冲击性能最好。 Taking the rolling weathering steel for construction as the research object, the effect of micro-alloying elements content on microstructure and properties of weathering steel was studied. The results show that trace element niobium has the effect of refining the grain size of weathering steel. The weathering steel grain size is minimum when Nb content is 0.04%. With the increase of Nb content, the yield strength and tensile strength of the weathering steel increase firstly and then tend to be unchanged. When the Nb content is 0.04%, the impact performance of the weathering steel is the best.
