摘要
针对较大直径铝管在连续挤压过程中难成形的问题,基于任意拉格朗日-欧拉算法的HyperXtrude有限元软件对采用不同高度阻流环的模具成形过程进行了数值模拟,获得了最合理的阻流环高度。通过观察和分析模拟结果中金属的流动规律以及出口流速均方差、温度变化以及焊合室压力等参数,得到该管材的成形性能。结果表明,当阻流环高度5 mm和阻流角半径31.8mm时金属的流动均匀性最好。
Aiming at the problems of hard forming for larger diameter aluminum tubes in the continuous extrusion process, the forming process by using the die with different heights choke rings was numerically simulated based on FE software HyperXtrude of arbitrary Lagrange-Euler algorithm. The most reasonable choke ring height was gotten. Through the observation and analysis of the metal flow rule in simulation results, exit velocity variance, temperature variation and welding chamber pressure parameters, the forming performance of the tube was obtained. The results show that when the choke ring height of 5mm and choke angle radius of 31.8ram, the metal flow uniformity is the best.
