摘要
使用Abaqus软件建立了6061/AZ31B异种材料搅拌摩擦焊的3D有限元模型,对焊接过程的温度场进行了数值模拟。结果表明,以搅拌区为主的高温区形貌在水平面上呈现椭圆形,在横截面上呈碗形。当旋转速度为1100~1300 r/min,焊接速度为40 mm/min时,焊接温度峰值随旋转速度的增加而提高,其值超过了Al-Mg的共晶点。
3D finite element model of friction stir welding (FSW) of 6061/AZ31B dissimilar materials was established by Abaqus software, and the temperature field of welding process was simulated. The results show that high temperature is mainly located in stir zone and the high temperature zone presents ellipse shape in horizontal direction and bowl shape in cross section.When the rotation speed is 1100-1300 r/min and the welding speed is 40 ram/rain, the peak value of welding temperature increases with the increase of rotation speed, and its value exceeds the eutectic point of Al-Mg.
