摘要 为了有效降低A1纱疵,介绍了A1纱疵的定义、特点、成因及其影响因素,并就梳棉锡林、盖板和道夫针布配套进行了多次对比试验,总结了梳棉针布选用中降低A1纱疵应采取的技术措施。认为:A1纱疵的形成与原料中棉结杂质及梳理过程中转移、除杂、梳理、纤维摩擦因数、管控过程等因素密切相关。合理配置梳棉针布型号可显著降低A1纱疵。 In order to reduce A1 yarn defects efficiently, the definition, properties, causes and influence facfors were introduced. Several comparison experiments were done for the matching of card clothing in carding cylinder.flat and doffer. The technology measures to reduce A1 yarn defects through card clothing selection were summarized. It is considered that the formation of yarn defects has close relationship with factors including the impurity of raw cotton, the transferring, impurity removing and carding in carding process, fiber friction factor. controlling process and so on. By reasonably selecting card clothing type. A1 yarn defects can be obviously re duced.
