Technology Discussion on Evenness Uniformity Improvement of Condensed Yarn

探讨改善集聚纱条干均匀度的方法。分析了集聚纺设备的工作原理,通过加大异形管负压槽吸风量、缩短网格圈使用周期、加大输出胶辊直径、优化后喇叭口位置、减小牵伸钳口隔距、调整上销位置等方法,使得JC 14.6tex集聚纱条干水平得以提高;并通过注重日常管理和设备保养,杜绝无规律条干不匀纱的出现,确保了集聚纱的质量稳定。认为:优化工艺、优选纺织专件、加强车间管理可以达到改善条干均匀度的目的。

The methods to improve the evenness uniformity of condensed yarn were discussed. The running principle of condensed spinning equipment was analyzed. The evenness level of JC 11.6 rex condensed yarn was improved by enlarging the air sucking amount of negative pressure groove in shaped tube. reducing consumption period of lattice apron, increasing the diameter of output rubber covered roller, optimizing the place of back horn mouth, decreasing the gauge of drawing nipper, adjusting the top pin position and so on. Moreover, by paying more attention to daily management and equipment maintenance,irregular unevenness yarn was prevent and stable quality of condensed yarn was ensured. It is considered that the aim to improve yarn evenness uniformity can be achieved by processing optimization, optimizing textile spinning accessories and strengthening the management of workshop.
