摘要
探讨所设计织物回潮率在线测量装置的测试效果。依据电阻法测量回潮率的原理设计了硬件电路,将织物的回潮率转变为微处理器可检测的电信号;然后通过电阻箱模拟织物回潮率的变化,对硬件电路进行测试;再通过试验获取了纯棉、涤棉、麻、牛仔4种织物的回潮率-电压标定曲线;最后,设计开发了织物回潮率在线测量装置的软件程序,根据标定好的曲线计算出织物的回潮率。测试结果表明:所设计的测量装置的测量精度达到了6%。认为通过进一步改进测试精度,该装置可以作为织物回潮率在线测量装置。
The test effect of designed on-line measurement device for fabric moisture regain was discussed. According to the testing principle of moisture regain with resistivity method, hardware circuit was designed. The moisture regain of fabric was translated to electrical signal that can be detected with microprocessor. Then, the change of moisture regain was simulated with resistance box and hardware circuit was tested. Moreover, the regain-voltage calibration curves for four kinds of fabrics including pure cotton, polyester cotton, hemp and denim were obtained by testing. Finally,software program for on-line measurement device of fabric moisture regain was designed and developed. According to the calibration curves, the moisture regain of fabric was calculated. The test results show that the accuracy of designed measurement device is up to 6%. It is considered that the device can be used as on-line measurement device for fabric moisture regain by further improving the test accuracy.
