摘要 探讨降低吨纱生产用电的措施和实践效果。通过抓管理、抓操作、优化和改进工艺降低纱疵,合理调整前纺工艺和生产调度,稳定并提高了各工序生产效率;严格按照各工序要求优选纺专器材、加强设备保养以减少回卷、回条、粗纱头和回花,提高制成率;合理提高锭速,采取措施降低细纱断头率,以提高细纱单产;采取提高功率因数、改进空调管理方法、实施照明日光灯、细纱吸棉风机改造、巡回风机节能运行等措施降低用电消耗。折合14.8tex吨纱生产用电从3 970kW·h降低到3 300kW·h以下。认为:通过强基础,提质量,从点滴之处节能降耗可以有效降低吨纱用电。 The measures and practice effect of reducing electricity consumption per ton yarn production were discussed. Production efficiency of each process was stabilized and improved when management,operation and op timization were controlled, technology was improved to reduce yarn defect, pre-spinning technology and produc tion dispatching were adjusted reasonably. Re-wind, re-sliver,roving end and cotton waste could be reduced and finished product rate can be improved in strict accordance with the requirement of each process, by optimizing specific spinning apparatus and strengthening equipment maintenance. Spinning per unit yield was improved by reasonably increasing spindle speed and adopting measures to reduce spinning broken end rate. Electricity consump tion was reduced by taking measures like increasing power factor,improving air-condition management method, implementing illumination fluorescent lamp,reforming spinning suction draught fan,making a circuit for draught fan to save energy and so on. After converting into electricity consumption,it was reduced from 3 970 kW · h to less than 3 300 kW · h for per ton of 14.8 tex yarn production. It is considered that electricity consumption per ton yarn can be efficiently reduced by strengthening the base,improving the quality and energy saving and cost reducing from dribs and drabs.
