摘要 探讨消防员防护服外层面料所用芳纶色纤混纺纱的纺纱工艺和技术要点。分析了消防员防护服外层面料的技术指标,纱线原料选用原液染色间位芳纶纤维和有机导电纤维。对原液染色间位芳纶纤维进行预处理;优化清梳工序;采用预混和混并相结合的并条工艺;粗细纱工序合理配置隔距、压力和纱线捻系数,在现有棉型设备上成功纺制出原液染色间位芳纶纤维/有机导电纤维98/2 18.5tex×2纱,纱线各项指标均达到了织造的要求。认为:通过合理配置各工序关键参数,选用设备器材专件,严格操作管理和温湿度控制,提高成纱质量,可以满足后续织造以及面料性能要求。 Spinning technology and key points of spun-dyeing aramid fiber blended yarn used for the outer layer fabric of fire fighting uniform were discussed. Technical indexes of outer layer fabric used as fire fighting uniform were analyzed. Spun-dyeing aramid fiber and organic conductive fiber were used as the yarn materials. Spun-dyeing aramid fiber/organic conductive fiber 98/2 18.5 tex× 2 was spun on the cotton-type machines by pre-processing the spun-dyeing aramid fiber, optimizing parameters in blowing carding process, adopting the drawing process about the combination of pre-drawing and drawing,configuring roller gauges,pressures and twist factors in roving & spinning process reasonably. The indexes of yarn could meet the requirement in weaving process. It is considered that the yarn quality can satisfy the weaving demand and the requirement of the fabric property by configuring the key parameters in every process reasonably,using the special equipment, strengthe- ning operation management and temperature & humidity control.
