摘要 探讨国产短流程清梳联纺机采棉的工艺优化问题。针对新疆机采棉具有含杂率偏高、长度整齐度差、有害疵点多、主体长度偏短等特点,对国产短流程清梳联工艺进行了优化。增加了清棉部分开清点个数,优化了各打击梳理机件速度;对梳棉机的主要工艺进行了调整,加强了对12.7mm以下短绒和带纤维籽屑的排除,最终改善了生条质量,成纱质量也达到了较好水平。认为:优化后的工艺有利于提高机采棉的使用效果和成纱质量。 The technology optimization of spinning machine-picked cotton in the domestic short process hlowing carding unit was discussed. For the properties of Xinjiang machine picked cotton such as higher impurity content, lower lengths uniformity, more harmful defects and shorter modal length, the technology of the domestic short process blowing carding unit was optimized. By increasing the number of beating point,optimizing the speed of carding,adjusting the main technology of carding machine and eliminating the short fiber below 12.7 mm and seed coat fragments, the quality of card sliver was improved and the yarn quality was better. It is considered that the optimized processing can he conducive to improve machine picked cotton usage effect and the yarn quality.
