摘要 探讨细纱短车集体落纱装置选型的影响因素和应用效果。总结了人工落纱、圆盘式简易落纱、智能小车式落纱和集体落纱的优缺点;通过对集体落纱的空满管输送方式、抓管器、理管方式、与主机的配合方式、气架控制方式等因素的分析,选择了ZJ1618G型集体落纱装置。实践证明:短车集体落纱改造自动化程度高,能够有效缩短落纱时间,省去空管整理程序,降低工人劳动强度,提高生产效率,且设备性能稳定。在使用集体落纱装置时,要定期检查气架状态,认真做好检修维护、清洁操作和安全等方面的工作。认为:细纱短车集体落纱的改造,对减少用工、提升企业竞争力具有较好效果。 The influence factors and application effect of the integral doffing device selection in traditional spinning frame were discussed. The adwmtages and disadvantages of labor doffing, a simple disk doffing, intelligent vehicle doffing and integral doffing were summarized. The factors such as transport way of empty and filled bobbins, bobbin grasper,sorting bobbin types,coordination with the host computer and control way of pneumatic frame was analyzed,ZJ1618G integral doffing device was selected. Practices show that the modification about the automation degree of integral doffer in short spinning frame can effectively reduce the doffing time, eliminate the step of sorting empty bobbins, reduce the worker labor intensity, improve productivity and device performance and stability. When using the integral doffing,the status of pneumatic frame should be checked regularly. The maintenance about overhaul,cleaning and security should be done carefully. It is considered that the modification of the integral doffing in short spinning frame have better effects in reducing labors and promoting the enterprise competitive strength.
