浒苔对蛋鸭代谢能及养分利用率的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本试验旨在研究浒苔对蛋鸭生产性能、代谢能及养分利用率的影响。试验选取288只140日龄金定蛋鸭,随机分成4组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组,饲粮中分别添加0%、2%、4%和6%的浒苔,营养水平基本一致),每组设6个重复,每个重复12只。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加4%的浒苔显著提高了产蛋初期蛋鸭的生产性能(P〈0.05);饲粮中添加4%的浒苔能显著提高能量、粗蛋白、钙和磷的利用率(P〈0.05);浒苔对蛋鸭的表观代谢能为8.29 MJ/kg,干物质和粗蛋白的表观代谢率分别为70.46%和63.28%,总氨基酸表观利用率为65.79%,各种氨基酸表观利用率的范围为46.10%~83.10%。在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加4%的浒苔,能够提高蛋鸭的生产性能,蛋鸭对饲粮的能量、干物质、粗蛋白、钙、磷和氨基酸的表观利用率最高。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of Enteromorpha prolifera on production performance, metabolic energy and nutrients utilization in laying ducks. A total of 288 laying ducks of Jin ding at 140 d of age were randomly divided into 4 groups I (control), group ]1, group ~I and group IV, the lying ducks in each group were fed the diet supplemented with Enteromorpha prolifera of 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, the diets in four groups were formulated as the same nutritional level and with 6 replications containing 12 laying ducks. The results showed that diets supplemented with 4% Enteromorpha prolifera significantly improved the production performance of the laying duck during the early laying period (P〈0.05), diets supplemented with 4% Enteromorpha prolifera significantly improved the utilization of energy, CP, Ca and P (P〈0.05). Apparent metabolic energy of Enteromorpha prolifera of laying ducks was 8.29 MJ/kg; Apparent metabolic rate of DM, CP and total amino acids of Enteromorpha prolifera was 70.46%, 63. 28%, and 65.79%, respectively, apparent utilization of various amino acids ranged from 46.10% to 83.10%. It can be concluded that diet supplemented 4% Enteromorpha prolifera can improve production performance and greatest improve the apparent utilization of energy, DM , CP, Ca, P and the amino acid.
