摘要
大豆卷叶螟是豆科作物尤其是大豆的主要害虫之一。为验证短稳杆菌杀虫剂对大豆卷叶螟的防控效果,分别用100亿孢子/mL短稳杆菌悬浮剂300、600、900倍液对大豆卷叶螟2、3、4龄幼虫进行室内药效试验。试验结果表明,100亿孢子/mL短稳杆菌悬浮剂300、600倍液对大豆卷叶螟有很好的杀虫效果,具有较好的推广应用价值。
Lamprosema indicata Fabricius is one of the main pests in legume crops, especially in soybean. In order to verify the control effect of Empedobacter brevis on Lamprosema indicata Fabricius,suspending agents of 10 billion spores/m L of Empedobacter brevis of 300, 600 and 900 times were chosen to test on 2, 3 and 4 instars larvae of Lamprosema indicata Fabricius indoor. The results indicated that the suspending agents of 300 and 600 times showed better effects on Lamprosema indicata Fabricius, and so they had better application values.
