首先,利用非协调覆盖决策系统的属性约简方法和知识表达系统中差别矩阵的决策属性约简方法,针对同一个房屋销售问题,对房屋的属性进行属性约简,得到的共同属性可增强决策的可靠性,然后分析了两种方法的异同点以及分别适用的情况,最后得到了粗糙集的属性约简方法在房屋销售中有很好的应用的结论。
