Problem-based learning is an active learning style of leading students to self-teaching and discussing. This learning style can help general practitioners to establish a holistic view of medicine, improve students＇ self-learning initiative, communication and expression ability, also make them have more rigorous logical thinking and more suitable for the modern medical model ＂bio psycho social medical model＂. Therefore, the application of Problem-based learning has its advantage and necessity in the teaching of general medical science, and the preparing of PBL teaching plan is the most important of the teaching method.
