摘要
目的探讨七步教学法在规培生骨伤科临床操作教学中的应用效果。方法将28例住院医师规范化培训的学生随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用七步教学法(提出问题并预习准备→观看录象并讨论→教师模拟示教→分组模拟或实体训练→学生相互考核→小结错漏点→考核),对照组采用传统教学法(教师示教→学生模拟或实体训练→考核),课程结束后评价教学效果。结果实验组临床操作技能考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.05),实验组对教学效果评价的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用七步教学法进行规培生骨伤科临床操作教学有利于提高教学质量,有助于加深理解记忆,使学生临床技能操作能力得到提高,并为临床操作考核的顺利通过提供切实保障。
Objective To investigate the application effect of seven step teaching method in clinical practice teaching for students of resident standardization training in department of orthopaedics and traumatology. Methods 28 students of resident standardization training were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group were treated with "seven step teaching method"(proposed problems and previewed preparation→ video viewing and discussion→ teacher simulation teaching→ grouping simulation or physical training→ students mutual assessment→ summary of fault points→ assessment), the control group using traditional teaching method(teacher teaching→ student simulation or physical training→ assessment), after the end of the course to evaluate the teaching effect. Results The clinical operation skills of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05), the satisfaction with teaching effect evaluation of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of seven step teaching method in clinical practice teaching for students of resident standardization training is helpful to improve the teaching quality, to deepen understanding of memory, to improve the students' clinical skills, and to provide effective guarantee for passing the clinical practice examination.
