摘要
目的探讨分析血常规检验的常见误差原因。方法根据2013年2月-2014年2月我院的80例血常规检验患者进行回顾分析,使用全自动血气分析仪来进行检验对比。结果血常规检查因存放时间、温度、方法等的影响而出现误差,标本采集4 h后的WBC、RBC、PLT、HGB指标为5.21×10^9/L、4.43×10^9/L、168.32×10^9/L,118.47 g/L,当即进行检测的四项指标为3.12×10^9/L、5.21×10^9/L、303.12×10^9/L、129.51 g/L,两组数据存在统计学差异性,2 h和当即检查的指标差异性不大,需在2 h内完成检验;样本在冷藏柜内保存48 h,其WBC总数无显著变化,自动稀释器和微量加样器采样结果基本一致,一次性血红蛋白吸管结果比较低,准确性不高。结论血常规检验需要检验人员的技能和知识扎实,对血液样品检验受到影响的因素熟悉,尽量避免。
Objective To investigate the common error analysis of blood routine test. Methods From February 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital 80 cases of blood routine test were to review analysis, for patients using full automatic blood gas analyzer to carry on the contrast test. Results Blood routine examination for the effect of storage time, temperature, and the method of error, samples were collected after 4 hours of WBC, RBC, PLT, HGB index was 5.21×10^9/L, 4.43×10^9/L, 168.32×10^9/L, 118.47 g/L and HGB, four indicators were immediately tested for 3.12 × 10^9/L, 5.21×10^9/L, 303.12×10^9/L, 129.51 g/L, statistical differences between two groups of data, 2 hours and immediately check the index difference is not big, so need to complete the inspection within 2 hours, samples kept for 48 hours in the freezer, the total number of WBC had no significant change, automatic diluter and pipette sampling results. The results are basically the same, disposable Straw hemoglobin is relatively low, the accuracy is not high. Conclusion Blood routine examination need inspection personnel skills and knowledge, to test the blood sample is familiar with the factors, try to avoid.
