超声在肺动脉瓣狭窄诊断中的使用方法

The Methods of Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Pulmonary Valve Stenosis

目的探讨肺动脉瓣狭窄患者在诊断时使用超声的方法及价值。方法选取我院2014年2月-2015年11月收治的33例肺动脉瓣狭窄,对其使用超声时的使用方法进行分析。结果本组33例肺动脉瓣狭窄患者均采用超声进行诊断,准确率为100%。结论将超声进行结合运用,可提升诊断时其特异性及敏感性,准确率高,是对肺动脉瓣狭窄患者的治疗方法进行调整的关键所在。

Objective To investigate the use of ultrasound in patients with pulmonary valve stenosis at the time of diagnosis and value. Methods From February 2014 to November 2015, 33 patients with pulmonary valve stenosis, were analyzed using the method uses ultrasound time. Results There were 33 cases of pulmonary stenosis patients were treated with ultrasound for diagnostic accuracy was 100%. Conclusion The use of ultrasound to combine, when can enhance the diagnostic specificity and sensitivity, high accuracy, is the key to the treatment of patients with pulmonary valve stenosis adjustment.
