浅析术中大出血患者的麻醉处理及容量治疗

Analysis Anesthesia and Volume Therapy in Patients With Massive Hemorrhage During Operation

目的探讨手术中大出血患者接受麻醉处理的方法和容量治疗的效果,为临床中该类患者的治疗提供参考依据。方法根据我院326例手术大出血患者来进行探讨分析,总结归纳麻醉方式和容量治疗情况。结果全部患者中有269例接受气管内插管全麻容量治疗获得成功,有57例使用硬膜外麻醉,其中20例治疗无效,转为全麻。结论术中出血非常危险,需要进行术前评估,对出血患者的出血容量进行分析,通过积极止血的治疗方法对患者进行处理。

Objective To investigate the method and the effect of the treatment of anesthesia in patients with massive hemorrhage during operation, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods According to the analysis of 326 cases of patients with hemorrhage in our hospital, the anesthesia methods and the volume of treatment were summarized. Results 269 patients were treated successfully with endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia. There were 57 patients with epidural anesthesia, 20 of them were ineffective, and the patients were treated with general anesthesia. Conclusion Intraoperative hemorrhage is very dangerous, should be to assess the patients before operation, prevention of postoperative bleeding occurred, if patients occurred hemorrhage should assessment of patients with bleeding capacity, to take appropriate way of anesthesia, active hemostatic, treated with capacity.
