摘要
目的探讨带锁髓内钉内固定治疗下肢长管骨骨折的效果。方法随机将98例下肢长管骨骨折患者平均分为两组,对照组行常规内固定法,观察组行带锁髓内钉内固定法。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组骨痂形成时间、骨折愈合时间及并发症发生率等指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论带锁髓内钉内固定治疗下肢长管骨骨折效果理想。
Objective To investigate the effect of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of lower extremity long bone fracture.Methods 98 patients into two groups,the control group used routine treatment,and observation group used interlocking intramedullary nail,compared the efficacy of two groups.Results The formation time,fracture healing time and complication rate of observation group were significantly better than those control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of interlocking intramedullary nail fixation is ideal.
