探讨手术治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效

To Investigate the Clinical Curative Effect of Surgical Treatment Of Ankle Fracture

目的探讨踝关节骨折使用手术治疗的临床效果。方法根据2011年1月-2014年6月我院的50例踝关节骨折患者来进行研究分析,为患者使用手术切开复位治疗,术后进行功能锻炼指导;选取同期30例接受手法复位治疗的踝关节骨折患者,对两组的治疗情况进行比较分析。结果实验组50例患者顺利完成手术治疗,两组的患者进行了1年左右的随访,实验组的优良率是92%,对照组的优良率是60%,两组结果存在统计学差异性（P〈0.05）。结论踝关节骨折患者接受手术治疗的效果比较好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment of ankle joint fracture. Methods According to our hospital from January 2011 to June 2014, 50 cases of ankle fracture patients to conduct research and analysis, for patients using surgical open reduction treatment, postoperative functional exercise guidance, select the same 30 cases received manipulative reduction for the treatment of ankle joint fracture patients, two groups of treatment were compared. Results The experimental group a total of 50 cases of patients were successfully completed surgery, patients in the two groups were about 1 year of follow-up, in the experimental group, the excellent and good rate was 92%, the excellent and good rate of control group was 60%, the two sets of results exist significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of surgical treatment of ankle fracture patients is better.
