摘要
目的探讨孔源性视网膜脱离的最佳手术方案。方法将2013年5月-2015年8月我院收治的孔源性视网膜脱离64例患者分为2组。其中观察组32例接受充气性视网膜固定术,对照组32例接受传统显微手术。结果观察组术后6个月最佳矫正视力优于对照组（Z=2.051 0,P=0.040 3）。观察组一次复位成功率90.63%,高于对照组的65.53%（χ-2=5.851 4,P=0.015 6）。结论充气性视网膜固定术创伤性小,复位成功率高,术后视力恢复更佳。
Objective To investigate the hole source of retinal detachment surgery. Methods From May 2013 to August 2015, 64 cases of patients with retinal detachment were divided into 2 groups. 32 cases in observation group received inflatable retinal fixation, 32 cases in control group received conventional microsurgery. Results After 6 months, best corrected visual acuity in the observation groupwas better than that of the control group（Z=2.051 0, P=0.040 3）. a reset success rate of observation group 90.63% higher than that of control group 65.53%（χ2=5.851 4, P=0.015 6）. Conclusion Traumatic small, high success rate, postoperative visual acuity recovery is better.
