曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀联合治疗冠心病的效果研究

Study Effect on Trimetazidine Combined With Atorvastation in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究冠心病选用曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀联合治疗效果。方法研究2015年1月-12月我院收治的冠心病患者56例,采用数字法进行分组。治疗对照组时应用曲美他嗪,28例;治疗实验组时应用曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀,28例。结果两组中实验组心绞痛发作次数少,持续时间短,各项指标优,治疗有效率高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论冠心病治疗联合采用曲美他嗪和阿托伐他汀,效果较佳。

Objective Studied effect on Trimetazidine combined with Atorvastation in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 56 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in hospital, from January 2014 to December 2015 and separate them into two groups according to digits, 28 patients in control group are given trimetazidine treatment only, while, another 28 patients in study group are given trimetazidine combined with Atorvastation treatment, and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ angina attack times are less and its lasting time is shorter in study group compared to counterparts in control group. besides, patients＇ every physical index was better and study group treatment efficacy was higher than the control group, was difference had statistically significanc（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with Atorvastation treatment is effective for patients with coronary heart disease.
