坎地沙坦酯预防治疗偏头痛临床疗效及安全性分析

Analysis the Clinical Curative Effect and the Safety of Candesartan Cilexetil Prevention Migraine

目的探讨坎地沙坦酯预防及治疗偏头痛的疗效与安全性。方法抽取我院2013年1月-2015年1月收治的偏头痛患者94例作为临床研究对象,对患者进行随机分组,各47例。观察组采用坎地沙坦酯进行治疗;对照组采用氟桂利嗪进行治疗,比较两组患者的疗效与安全性。结果两组患者治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论坎地沙坦酯防治偏头痛的临床效果良好,安全性高。

Objective To study the candesartan ester prevention and treatment of migraine and safety.
