分析甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效

Analysis the Efficacy of Metronidazole Suppositories and Conjugated Estrogens Cream in Treatment of Senile Vaginitis

目的探讨甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法选取2015年11月-2016年2月50例患者,观察组采用甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗,对照组采用甲硝唑栓治疗。结果观察组治疗后显效为21例（84%）、有效为3例（12%）、无效为1例（4%）、总有效率为96%;对照组治疗后显效为16例（64%）、有效为1例（4%）、无效为8例（32%）,总有效率为68%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Metronidazole Suppositories combined with Conjugated Estrogens Cream in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods 50 cases were selected from November 2015 to February 2016, the observation group was treated with Conjugated Estrogens Cream and Metronidazole Suppositories, and the control group was treated with Metronidazole Suppositories. Results after treatment, the observation group markedly in 21 cases（84%）, effective in 3 cases（12%）, 1 case（4%）, the total effective rate was 96%, control group was excellent in 16 cases（64%）, effectively in 1 case（4%）, ineffective in 8 cases（32%）. The total effective rate was 68%, the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05） ineffective. Conclusion Metronidazole Suppositories combined with Conjugated Estrogens Cream in the treatment of senile vaginitis has significant clinical effect.
