不同采收期珊瑚菜植株叶片挥发油成分分析

Analysis Compositions of Essential Oils in Leaves of Glehnia Littoralis in Different Harvest Time

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取2012年7月、10月采收珊瑚菜叶片中挥发油,并采用气相-质谱联用仪进行分析,分别鉴定出34、58种成分。10月叶片挥发油以萜类、芳香族成分为主,7月叶片以萜类成分为主,且7月叶片不含醛酮类、酯类和其他类成分;10月叶片挥发油成分所含酸类、芳香族、醇类成分的种类和相对含量均增加,而萜类成分种类和相对含量则减少。 The essential oils in leaves of glehnia littoralis had been harvested in July and October in 2012 were extracted by hydrodistillation. The chemical constituents of essential oils were Analyzed by GC-MS. 34 and 58 compounds were identified respectively. The major components of the essential oils in leaves been harvested in October were terpenoids and aromatics.While the major components of the essential oils in leaves harvested in July were terpenoids.The species and the relative contents of aids, aromatics, alcohols were increased in leaves harvested in October,while terpenoids were decreased.
