自拟健肾汤治疗小儿肾病综合征疗效观察

Observation Curative Effect on Self-Made Invigorating Kidney Decoction Treatment of Children With Nephrotic Syndrome

目的研究自拟健肾汤对小儿肾病综合征的治疗效果与安全性。方法选取我院120例小儿肾病综合征患者,对照组采用标准的激素治疗方法进行治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上,服用自拟健肾汤。结果实验组治愈率为86.7%;有效率为10%;无效率为3.3%;对照组治愈率80%;有效率为10%;无效率为10%。结论自拟健肾汤对于小儿肾病综合征的治疗具有一定的疗效。

Objective To study the self health Kidney Decoction on children with nephrotic syndrome and the therapeutic effect and safety. Methods Selected 120 children with nephrotic syndrome patients, the control group were treated by the standard method of hormone therapy, the experimental group on the basis of the control group, taking the selfmade Jianshen decoction. Results The cure rate of the experimental group was 86.7%, the effective rate was 10%, the inefficiency was 3.3%, the cure rate of the control group was 80%, the effective rate was 10%, and the inefficiency was 10%. Conclusion There is a certain curative effect of treatment with jianshen decoction for infantile nephrotic syndrome.
