摘要 目的对初发2型糖尿病患者进行个体化体验式营养治疗,并评价其干预效果。方法将200例初发2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例,其中观察组接受个体化体验式营养治疗,对照组采用传统的饮食教育方法。结果 2组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白和住院天数等方面比较差异显著。结论个体化体验式营养治疗更有利于对糖尿病患者的血糖管理,是一种新型、有效的教育方式,在实践中切实可行。 Objective Treatments with individualized experiential nutritional therapy on the patients with primary type 2 diabetes, then evaluate the interventional effect. Methods 200 primary diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were divided into control and observation group randomly, each group had 100 cases, the observation group was given individualized experiential nutrition therapy, while the compared group received the traditional methods of diet education. Results The differences between the two groups on fasting blood-glucose, postprandial 2 hours blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and hospitalization days were significant. Conclusion The individualized experiential nutrition therapy is more beneficial to the blood glucose management in patients with diabetes, it is a new and effective way of education, and it makes sense in practice.
