摘要
目的评价对冠心病心绞痛进行综合护理效果。方法 2015年上半年,对照组、干预组各45例,分别给予常规护理、护理干预。结果6个月后,干预组生活质量评分高于对照组,干预组不良事件发生率低于对照组39.02%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心绞痛进行综合护理,可提高患者生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods In the first half of 2015, the control group, the intervention group, 45 cases were given routine nursing care, nursing intervention. Results After 6 months, the intervention group quality of life score higher than control group, the incidence of intervention group adverse events was lower than that of the control group 39.02%, the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease（CHD）, improve the quality of life of the patients.
