优质护理干预在腹腔镜术后妇科患者中的应用价值

The Application Value of High Quality Nursing Intervention in Gynecological Patients After Laparoscopic Operation

目的探究优质护理干预在腹腔镜术后妇科患者中的应用价值。方法选取我院2014年5月-2015年4月56例行妇科腹腔镜手术患者,随机分组,各28例。常规组予以常规护理,研究组于此基础上予以优质护理干预。比较两组患者焦虑、抑郁程度。结果干预后,研究组SAS（36.1±6.2）分、SDS（36.1±4.1）分,均低于常规组SAS（47.2±4.1）分、SDS（47.5±7.3）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对行腹腔镜手术的妇科患者予以优质护理干预,可改善患者焦虑、抑郁程度。

Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing intervention in gynecological patients after laparoscopic operation. Methods 56 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2015, random grouping, each of 28 cases.Routine nursing care was given in the routine group, and the research group was given high quality nursing intervention on the basis of routine group. The anxiety and depression degree of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the SAS（36.1±6.2） and SDS（36.1±4.1） in the study group, were lower than the routine group SAS（47.2±4.1） and SDS（47.5±7.3）, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.
