整体化急救护理模式在急救护理质量和护理满意中的效果观察

Observation Effect on Integrated Emergency Care Model in Quality of Emergency Care and the Satisfaction of Nursing

目的本次研究是为了探讨整体化急救护理模式在急救护理质量和满意度中的应用效果。方法选取我院接受急救的110例危急患者为对象,对照组采用实传统的常规急救护理模式,观察组则实施整体化的急救护理模式。结果观察组护理满意度为96%,对照组护理满意度为80%,观察组护患纠纷率为6%,对照组护患纠纷率为22%,观察组的有效救治时间明显短于对照组,并且不同疾病的严重程度治疗总有效率也明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者对比结果具有统计学意义。结论针对急救患者实施整体化的急救护理模式,可以明显的缩短发病至抢救时间,提高护理满意率。

Objective This study is to explore the application effect of integrated emergency care model in the quality and satisfaction of emergency care. Methods Select 110 cases of emergency patients in our hospital as the object, the control group using the traditional emergency care model, the observation group was the implementation of the integrated emergency care model. Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96% and 80% in the control group, nursing satisfaction, the observation group nurse patient dispute rate was 6%, the control group of nurse patient disputes rate was 22%. In the observation group, the effective treatment time was significantly shorter than that of control group and different disease severity treatment total efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, the results of the two groups were statistically significant. Conclusion For emergency patients to implement integrated emergency care mode, can significantly shorten the time of onset to save time, improve the rate of nursing satisfaction.
