探讨纤支镜导管介入给药治疗支气管结核病的护理效果

To Investigate the Nursing Effect of Bronchofiberscope and Catheter Intervention in Treatment of Bronchial Tuberculosis

目的分析支气管结核病的患者经纤支镜导管介入给药治疗的护理效果。方法对患者实施基础治疗和经纤支镜导管介入给药治疗并进行优质护理。结果研究组治疗有效率96%好于对照组68%。结论支气管结核病的患者经纤支镜导管介入给药治疗过程中实施优质护理,能够有效预防相应交叉感染的出现,提高治疗的安全性。

Objective To analyze the bronchial tuberculosis patients by bronchofiberscope and catheter intervention in the nursing effect of drug therapy.Methods The patients were treated with the basic therapy and the treatment of the catheter by the fiber support mirror.Results The effective rate of the treatment group 96%was better than the control group 68%.Conclusion The bronchial tuberculosis patients by bronchofiberscope and catheter intervention in the implementation of high quality nursing administration in the treatment process,the corresponding effective prevention of cross infection and improve the safety of the treatment.
