摘要
ITSS从需求分析、规划设计、实施和优化改进四个阶段循环实施IT服务全生命周期的规范化管控。以Linux课程群实践教学为例,论述从人才需求出发,确定具有自身特色人才培养方案,建立多层实践教学体系,构建并完善符合需求的评价体系,培养学生的综合实践和创新能力。
The ITSS controls the whole cycle of IT service standard, uses the circulation from requirements analysis, designing, implement to opti-mizing. Takes the practical teaching of Linux courses as an example, discusses to set out talent requirement, confirming the scheme of tal-ent training with itself characteristic, establishes the system of a multi-level practical teaching, builds and perfects the evaluation system to conformity with the requirements, cultivates the comprehensive practice and innovation ability of students.
