基于CDIO的软产人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Software Industry Talents Based on CDIO

随着软件产业的飞速发展,传统的软件人才培养模式已经不能满足企业对人才的需求,如何培养优秀的软件人才已成为亟待解决的问题。针对软件产业发展对软件人才的需求情况,分析当前软件人才教育现状和不足,将CDIO工程教育模式结合到当前软件产业人才培养模式中,从教学目标、教学内容、考核方式等方面进行探究,以期提高学生的工程实践能力和职业素养。

With the rapid development of software industry, the traditional mode of software talents training has been unable to meet the needs of enterprises, how to cultivate excellent software talents has become an urgent problem. In view of the demand for software talents in soft-ware industry development, the current software talents education situation and shortcomings are analyzed, the CDIO engineering educa-tion model is combined to the current software industry talents training mode, and explored from the teaching objectives, teaching con-tents, assessment methods and other aspects, in order to improve students＇ ability of engineering practice and professionalism.
