摘要
采用萃取法回收氨制取氯化铵工艺替代传统的中和蒸发结晶工艺。通过有机相的选型和应用,对APT产品蒸发结晶工序回收的稀氨水进行萃取回收,采用浓盐酸反萃制取氯化铵并将其返回流程配制解吸剂。整个过程在相对密闭系统中进行,减少了氨气的泄漏,改善了工作环境。
Extraction method was employed for ammonia recovery to prepare ammonium chloride instead of the traditional neutralization evaporation crystallization process.Through the selection and application of the organic phase,diluted ammonia from APT evaporation and crystallization stage was extracted and recovered,and then ammonium chloride was prepared by stripping with concentrated hydrochloric acid going back to the circuit as desorption agent.The whole process is in a relatively closed system to reduce the leakage of ammonia and improve the working environment.
