摘要
在不同加热温度和不同升温速率条件下进行真空烧结,制备了Ti(C,N)-Co-Mo-WC金属陶瓷试样。测量了烧结前后试样的尺寸以计算收缩率,并采用扫描电镜观察试样的显微组织,利用阿基米德法测定试样的密度。研究了Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷在烧结过程中的显微组织演化规律。结果表明,当烧结温度从1 000℃升至1 200℃时,压坯在烧结过程中先膨胀后收缩,且当温度达到1 300℃时压坯急剧收缩;1 000~1 300℃固相烧结阶段主要发生扩散及固溶反应,形成富W、Mo的(Ti,W,Mo)(C,N)内环相;1 300~1 500℃液相烧结阶段则是促进金属陶瓷的快速致密化,并形成富Ti的(Mo,W,Ti)(C,N)外环相。
Ti(C,N)-Co-Mo-WC samples were sintered in vacuum under different conditions of heating temperature and rate.The sample size was measured before and after sintering to calculate the shrinkage.Microstructure of the sample was observed with scanning electron microscopy and its density was determined with Archimedes method.Microstructure evolution rule was investigated of Ti(C,N)-based cermets during sintering.The results show that the green body expands firstly and then shrinks with the increase of sintering temperature from 1 000℃to 1 200℃,and sharply shrinks at 1 300℃.There are mainly diffusion reaction and solid solution reaction at the stage of solid phase sintering to form W and Mo-rich inner ring phase of(Ti,W,Mo)(C,N).Liquid phase sintering at 1 300~1 500 ℃ can promote rapid densification of the cermets and form Ti-rich outer ring phase of(Mo,W,Ti)(C,N).
