摘要
通过组织分析、拉伸试验和理论计算,研究了强化作用对时效态Mg-5Y-3Sm-0.8Ca-0.5Sb合金屈服强度的贡献量。结果表明,该合金在细晶强化的基础上,以损失部分固溶强化为代价,产生了显著的析出强化,大幅提高了屈服强度。固溶强化对合金屈服强度的贡献量略低于细晶强化,析出强化的贡献量超过总屈服强度的50%。
The contributions of strengthening action for yield strength of aged Mg-5Y-3Sm-0.8Ca-0.5Sb alloy were investigated by microstructure analysis,tensile tests and theoretic calculation.The results show that on the basis of grain-refinement strengthening,the alloy exhibits significant precipitation strengthening at the expense of losing part of solid solution strengthening,resulting in greatly increased yield strength.The contribution of solid solution strengthening for alloy yield strength is slightly less than that of grain-refinement strengthening,and the contribution of precipitation strengthening is more than 50% total yield strength.
