总结陈旧性跟腱断裂的临床研究现状,分析各种方法的优缺点及进一步研究方向。查阅近年来国内外各种陈旧性跟腱断裂的相关文献,进行综合分析。各种修复技术各有优点和局限性,依据缺损大小和个体情况的差异选择合适的手术方法可取得良好的疗效。陈旧性跟腱断裂会导致严重的功能损害,应依靠手术来恢复跟腱的连续性和长度-张力关系。术后并发症的控制、新材料的开发以及如何从循证医学的角度提供选择治疗方法的理论依据,有待进一步研究。

To reviewthe progress of the clinical research on neglected Achilles tendon rupture and to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each method as well as to predict the trend of development in the field.Domestic and abroad literature concerning the neglected achilles tendon rupture in recent years was reviewed extensively and analyzed thoroughly.There are both advantages and limitations of each reparative method.Good clinical effect can be achieved with the appropriate surgical method and the choice of surgical procedure should be based on the individual condition of the patient and the size of the defect.Neglected Achilles tendon ruptures result in significant functional impairment,and surgery should be considered to restore continuity to the tendon to achieve a near normal length-tension relationship.That howto manage the complications and develop newmaterials need to explore further.And the theoretical basis of evidence-based medicine needs to be provided more.
