摘要
在处理冕宁牦牛坪氟碳铈稀土矿的过程中,少铈液中氟铝杂质含量高,影响了后续工序以及产品质量。本文针对这一情况进行了技术研究。经过一步除杂处理后,少铈液中氟含量由原来的0.11%下降到≤0.01%,铝含量由原来的0.09%下降到≤0.01%,从而提高了萃取分离产品的质量,镨钕中的镧含量由0.1~0.2%降低至≤0.01%;铈纯度由99.50%提高到99.99%;氯化铈中Al2O3含量由0.077%下降为≤0.01%,达到了预期效果。
In the Mianning Maoniuping RE hamartite precessing, the contents of the impurity elements(Al and F) are high in less-Cerium liquid, which can affect the subsequent processes and product quality. The technical research in this paper was carried out to solve the above problem. After one-step edulcoration process, F content in the liquid reduced from 0.11% to less than 0.01%, Al content reduce from 0.09% to less than 0.01%. Thereby the product quality was improved. The La content in Pr-Nd reduced from 0.1%-0.2% to less than 0.01%, the purity of Ce increased from 99.50% to 99.99%, and the content of Al_2O_3 in cerium chloride reduced from 0.077% to less than 0.01%, which achieved the desired result.
