摘要
分析研究镁合金材料成分和加工方式后,对镁合金在350℃条件下的轧制进行了研究。分别采用同步轧制技术与异步轧制技术对镁合金板坯进行轧制模拟,对模拟结果进行了详细分析。数值模拟结果显示:采用异步轧制,应变量会有显著增加,容易发生动态再结晶现象,从而得到的镁合金组织更加细小均匀,板坯最终质量会大幅提升。
After analyzing the composition and processing methods of magnesium alloy, the rolling process of magnesium alloy at 350 C was studied. The simulation results were analyzed by using the synchronous rolling technology and the asynchronous rolling technology for the rolling simulation of magnesium alloy slab. Numerical simulation results show that using asynchronous rolling, strain will be significantly increased, prone to the dynamic recrystallization phenomenon, resulting in magnesium alloy microstructure finer and more uniform, the final quality of the slab will significantly enhance the.
