摘要
本文结合作者的实际经验,以C项目管线建设为案例,根据沟通需求对项目干系人进行了分类,对沟通工作的原则进行了阐述,指出了项目冲突的解决方案。
In this paper, combined with the author＇s practical experience, with the examples of C project pipeline construction project stakeholders are classified according to the requirements of communication, expounds the principles for the work of communication, project conflict solution are pointed out.
