滇中某钛铁砂矿开采方法探究

云南省钛铁砂矿主要分布在滇中地区,滇南、滇西有少量分布。滇中钛铁资源丰富,矿石自然类型分为残积型、坡积型两类,辉长-辉绿岩风化壳红土型、砂土型矿床;滇中钛铁资源具有品位高、埋藏浅、矿物组份简单、分选性好等特性,适合露天开采。随着社会经济的快速发展,以钛铁矿为原料生产的钛白粉、海绵钛及钛铁合金材料在涂料、造纸、塑料制品、航空航天、航海、医疗等领域的广泛应用,对钛铁矿资源的需求必将不断增强。研究滇中钛铁矿露天开采方法,有利于提高钛铁矿的回采率及选矿回收率,有利于资源的充分利用、减少环境破坏、降低开采成本、提高矿山安全,促进滇中地区乃至同类型钛铁矿露天开采流程优化和方法改进,提高矿山综合效益具有较强的现实意义。
