摘要
目的利用二维和三维超声显像获取胎儿脊柱的不同切面,探讨其诊断胎儿脊柱畸形的应用价值。方法利用二维和三维超声获取我院2012-07到2015-07三年间的2500例胎儿脊柱。对于有神经管畸形的病例,如脊柱裂,三维超声检查对具体脊柱水平定位,以及对半椎体畸形脊柱侧凸的显示进行了三维成像检查研究。共发现21个异常病例。异常病例均行MRI检查。结果二维和三维超声均漏诊了1例隐性脊柱裂,但三维超声弥补了二维漏诊的5例脊柱畸形病例(脊柱侧凸4例及1例隐性脊柱裂),异常病例三维显像结果与MRI检查结果对比,符合率达100%。结论三维超声检查能发现一些对细小的或者位置比较低的隐性脊柱裂和不明显的脊柱侧凸,有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:Using two-dimensional(2-UDS)and three-dimensi-onal ultrasound(3-UDS)to obtain different facets of the spine. To investigate the value of ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal spinal deformity. Methods:Using 2-UDS and 3-UDS to obtain 2500 cases of spine in our hospital during 2012-07 and 2015-07. In the cases of Neural tube defects,such as fetal spina bifida,Using 3-UDS to locate the special spine level,and imageing the hemivertebrae with 3-UDS,Totally 21 unnormal cases were detected,all were examined by MRI. Results:1case of recessive spina bifida was missing diagnonsised by 2-UDS and 3-UDS,but 3-UDS remedyed the 4 cases of hemivertebraed and 1 cases of recessive spina bifida which were missing diagnonsised by 3-UDS,compartion the unnormal cases with MRI,the coincidence rate was 100%.Conclusion:3-UDS can detect the low level of recessive spina bifida and nonobviuosly hemivertebrae which has highly application clinlical value.
