摘要
对常用的永磁同步电机(PMSM)的槽极配合进行分析,选择最佳的槽极配合,并用有限元分析软件Maxwell进行仿真,提出了利用不等厚永磁体来有效削弱PMSM的齿槽转矩从而提高电机性能的方法。
Slot-pole match of the commonly used PMSM was analyzed to select the optimized slot-pole match form.Simulation was done by means of the finite element analysis software Maxwell,thus,it was found that application of the permanent magnet with unequal thickness was able to weaken the cogging torque of the PMSM,improving the performance of the motor.
