工业化对工作场所雇佣关系的影响研究——基于案例的分析

摘要 本文采用案例研究方法,分别从微观企业层面和宏观国家层面分析工业化如何影响工作场所内的雇佣关系。研究以资源保存理论为基础,以富士康跳楼事件单一样本为研究对象,发现在工业化快速发展阶段,个体和组织的资源流动状况发生较大变化,并影响雇佣关系。研究从宏观角度对美国、中国、日本和韩国四国同一工业化发展阶段的劳资关系状况进行横向比较,进一步探讨工业化通过城市化和产业转型对工作场所劳动关系的影响。借鉴工业化国家的发展经验,为改善当前雇佣关系状况,政府应平衡社会分化和社会整合的速度,平衡雇佣关系双方的利益,政府和组织应关注社会网络对组织和个体行为的影响,组织应积极保障员工的发言权以改善目前工作场所中存在的问题。 Adopting the case study method, this paper analyzes how industrialization impacts employment relationships in the workplace from the perspective of both the micro-enterprise level and the macro-national level. Based on the conservation of resource theory and using the Foxeonn suicide event in a single sample for the study, this paper finds that when industrialization occurs rapidly, it causes dramatic changes in the resource mobility conditions of individuals and organizations which have an impact on the employment relationship. In addition, comparing labor relations in four different countries-United States, China, Japan, and Korea-in the same industrial development period from a macro perspective, this paper explores how industrialization influences labor relations in the workplace through urbanization and industrial transformation. In order to improve the current employment conditions, the Chinese government should learn from the experiences of these industrialized countries to balance the speed of social differentiation and social integration, and also to balance the interests of employers and employees. Furthermore, the Chinese government and the relevant organization should pay more attention to the impact of social networks on organizational and individual behavior. The organizations should problems in workplace actively seek out employees' voices to solve existing problems in the workplace.
