摘要
汽车前照灯配光是汽车安全技术性能的重要组成部分,是车辆夜间行车的安全保证。本文通过对商用车前照灯常用的检测技术和法规要求的研究,深入探索研究前照灯在线检测过程中停车位置对检测精度的影响,研发了一种使车辆自动摆正的设备,通过停车位置检测,进行误差补偿。经试验,该技术的应用,能提高了车辆前照灯光束照射方向的检测精度,有效地提高整车的行车安全性。
Automobile headlamps with light performance is an important part of automotive safety technology,It is the vehicle driving safety guarantee at night.Through to the commercial vehicle headlamps commonly used detection technology and regulatory requirements,this article explore the headlamps in the process of on-line detection parking location on the accuracy of detection.Developed an automatic straighten the vehicle equipment,through the parking position detection,error compensation.After the test,the application of the technology can improve the detection precision of the vehicle headlamps light ray direction,effectively improve the vehicle driving safety.
