摘要
本文针对坦克铣设备存在效率低,人工劳动强度大,零件S面产生毛刺等诸多问题,开发了由通过铣改为切入铣的新型六角槽型螺母加工方法。从而实现自动化,消除存在问题,提高生产效率,降低制造成本,改善作业环境。
This article in view of the tank milling machine is low efficient、great worker＇s labour intensity、nut six side produced burr,a new processing method of hexagon slotted nut is developed,which change from through milling to cut in milling.So as to realize automation,elimination of existing problems,improve production efficiency,reduce manufacturing cost,improve working environment.
