摘要
液滴微流控芯片技术最主要的特点是能够产生单分散的液滴,可作为微反应器,具有高通量、反应迅速、试剂消耗少、操作灵活、自动化和集成化等优点。近年来该技术逐渐应用于药物的高通量筛选和细胞水平的筛选,并显示出良好的应用前景。本文对液滴微流控芯片中液滴的生成和操控技术的研究进展,及其在药物筛选中的应用作一综述。
The main characteristic of the droplet-based microfluidic chip is that it can produce monodisperse droplets, which can be used as a microreactor. It has the advantages of high throughput,rapid reaction,less reagent consumption, flexible operation,automation and integration. The technique has been recently applied in high-throughput drug screening and single cell screening,and proved to be a promising method. This article reviews the current technologies of droplet generation and manipulation in the microfluidic chip,as well as the applications of the chip in drug screening.
