摘要
顶岗实习一般为期三个月,融入实习基地的日常教学生活。这与文化人类学田野调查要求研究者与当地人同吃、同住、同劳动至少三个月相一致,但目前从文化人类学主客位视角对顶岗实习进行研究的并不多。顶岗实习生是顶岗实习事件的参加者,他们关于顶岗实习教师教学实践能力训练方面的观点属于主位视角,而相关研究者的观点则属于客位视角,主位与客位观点相互映照可获得更加客观真实的资料。
On-post practice generally lasts three months,and the trainees should be accustomed to the daily teaching life in the teaching practice base, which meets the basic requirement of fieldwork of cultural anthropology; living and working together with the local people for at least three months. However,there are few researching on taking post for field work from the emic and etic perspective of cultural anthropology. Post trainees are the participants of the whole event. Their views on teaching practice ability training of the post trainees belong to the emic perspective,and the views of the researchers belong to the etic perspective,That the emic and etic perspectives reflect each other can help the researchers obtain more objective and real data.
